Casey Group is hiring experienced area sales managers for its retail chain segment to increase
sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of sales executives with other
sales positions. If you have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and a dynamic sales

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential leads for super stockist & distributors and convert them into successful
business entity for the company.
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your assigned work
location.
Making strategy to achieve sales targets through the sales team.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales
targets.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present
company offerings and build brand awareness.
Analyze the sales data of your team and provide insights wherever necessary to improve sales
and business figure.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure compliance with companys policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is
preferred.
Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, FMCG.
Proven track record of meeting end-to-end sales targets.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
