Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Guidance:
Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team in your designated territory.
Set reasonable sales targets for the team and monitor their performance.
Motivate team members to meet or exceed sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Collect customer feedback and provide regular updates to senior management.
Travel to potential and existing customers within your sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and modify customer frequency plans as needed.
Implement a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Sustain long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience in FMCG (Flavored Milk, Juices or other beverages.
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
