Responsibilities-
Overall responsibility and accountability for the Business Development activities in Channel sales for the assigned territory under the guidance of the Regional head.
Execute channel strategy and planning to maximize penetration and revenue from the territory while achieving the desired market share and profitability. Manage relationships with all Dealer, Distributer, builder contractor, Architects of the territory and work towards building the Brand for the company.
Monitoring the performance of the designated sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales
