Job Description

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Analyze data and generate insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector and software selling domain.

Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and actively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, such as schools, colleges, and universities.

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand their pain points, requirements, and objectives.

Present and demonstrate our software solutions to effectively address their needs and drive sales conversions.

Acquire a deep understanding of Welcome Cure's software products and their value proposition in the education sector.

Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features to potential clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.

conduct and document regular facilities inspections
ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency

oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking

obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers

negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving
coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
