We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield / Honda / Hero / TVS / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

Job Location:- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Only those candidates will be called for interview who are permanent residents of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh for at least 10 years.

Department:- Spare Parts Distribution

Job Profile:- Field Sales (Wholesaler, Distributor, Retailers)

Require Key Skills:-

1. Candidate should not be more than 38 Years.

2. Should have min 3-4 Yrs work experience in Field Sales & Business Development.

3. Bachelors Degree.

4. Should have Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License.

5. Good Verbal Communication Skills & Basic computer skills of E mail, MS Excel.

Job Role & Responsibilities:-

1. 15 days travel in a month to nearby outstation of Lucknow. (Will be covering the allotted area intensively & Presence in the Distribution Hub once in a week.)

2. Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.

3. Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.

4. Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.

5. Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.

6. Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:-

CTC:- Rs. 20,000-25,000/- pm (Negotiable) + Incentive (Rs. 5000-7,000/- pm) + Traveling Allowance (Rs. 6,000-8,000/- pm) + DA + PF / ESIC + Insurance (Life and Medical).
