We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Money Collection Executive to join our fast-growing FMCG Distributors in Nagapattinam. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. The successful candidate will be a proactive, motivated, and customer-centric individual who can effectively promote our products, expand the customer base, and optimize cash flow for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify potential customers, develop leads, and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets for the assigned FMCG product range.
Product Promotion: Implement effective sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate the unique selling points to customers to drive product awareness and adoption.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
New Business Development: Explore new markets, analyze market trends, and proactively seek opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance market penetration.
Order Processing and Management: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, track delivery status, and manage order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
Payment Collection: Regularly follow up with customers for timely payment collections, reconcile accounts, and maintain updated records of payments received and outstanding dues.
Accounts Receivable Management: Collaborate with the finance team to minimize overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies through effective communication and negotiation.
Sales Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports, analyze sales performance data, and present insights to the management for informed decision-making.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development
