About the role
As the central point of contact between the company and the customer, the sales executive most important duties and responsibilities include customer visits, arrange meetings, Prepare quotes and sending emails , close deals, order follow-ups, payments follow-up’s, answering customer inquiries, giving advice, and providing information about our service and products.
Responsibilities
• Overall responsible for Diesel sales to bulk customers and achieving sales targets in the assigned area
● Maximize sales and retention margins on sales.
● Establish systems for continuously seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-ins, and other forums.
● Establish close contacts with customers. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
● Negotiate/ close deals, facilitate legal agreements and ensure proper handover to the operations team. Ensure all KYC compliances are adhered to before the handover.
● Own and exceed quarterly/ Monthly / Annual sales targets.
● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
● Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
• Contract negotiations to get the best deal for the customer and the company.
• Conduct market research to assess gaps, opportunities, and external needs.
• Receive feedback from customers and share it with the company’s support team.
Candidate requirements
• Sales experience
• English , Telugu, Hindi knowledge
• MS Office and CRM Software knowledge
• Marketing Skills, Negotiation and understanding
• Spontaneous, goal oriented, desire for results
• Ability to create and hold presentations
• Fast learner & Fast thinker
• Ability to adapt and grow in harsh environments
