Job Description

Birla Morton, a leading company in the FMCG industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer for our Mumbai location. If you have experience in the Horeca channel, possess excellent sales skills, and are motivated to achieve targets, we encourage you to apply.

*Responsibilities:*

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Horeca channel (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.

*Requirements:*

- Graduation degree from a recognized university.

- Proven experience 2 Years in sales, specifically in the Horeca channelor F&B

- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market and its key players in the Horeca industry.

- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Maximum age of 35 years.
