Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our pharmaceutical sales team. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Set clear sales targets and performance expectations to drive individual and team success.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration within the assigned area.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Ensure excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and gather insights on competitors' activities, customer needs, and market trends. Utilize this information to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales performance regularly and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Take corrective actions when needed to ensure sales objectives are met.
