ï‚· Has a network of event/on ground media agencies in local marketing who can execute campaign
plans in a timely manner and good quality set up.
ï‚· Work on hygiene changes for stores in each city & plan for campaign level interventions
ï‚· Work on different brand collaborations on a local level which will help in boosting the sales of the
business.
ï‚· Strategic tie ups with societies, colleges, events, fairs, big news for each city where BWC presence
is relevant.
ï‚· Have OOH & on-ground activations on a monthly basis. Work on Mall branding and ensure good
visibility of the brand in each city.
ï‚· Ensure timely & smooth execution of brand level campaigns in all stores & in all cities.
ï‚· Collate results of activations and present the same to internal teams with recommendations.
ï‚· Deep-dive into each store performance & understand the SKU mix and recommend offers
accordingly. Understand the TG of each city & recommend local level marcomms.
ï‚· Analyze the impact of on-ground activations on sales numbers via monthly city-wise reports.
ï‚· Draft suggest sell for each marketing basis the consumer behaviour and drive AOVs.
ï‚· Work on increasing visibility, brand salience & TOMA awareness scores.
ï‚· Focus on regional market growth and in depth understanding of 6 key metro cities - Delhi,
Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kol and Banglore
ï‚· Use marketing mix crafted by the Central team and adapt for regional execution
ï‚· Execution of end to end campaigns as needed in these 6 geographies via local partners/teams
ï‚· Liaison between ops, BD and marketing for regional market growth
ï‚· Analyse potential growth zones in the key markets
ï‚· Lead execution of COCO NSOs
