As an Area Marketing Manager specializing in Industrial Electrical Switchgear Products, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the Delhi region. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
€¢ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors' activities.
€¢ Develop strategic marketing plans to penetrate new markets and segments.
€¢ Identify opportunities for product expansion and differentiation based on market insights.
2. Business Development:
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as switchgear electrical products dealers/distributors, electrical consultants, OEMs, UPS/AHU manufacturers, and panel builders.
€¢ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
€¢ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitable business deals.
3. Sales Management:
€¢ Achieve target-based sales turnover by effectively promoting our switchgear products and solutions.
€¢ Provide guidance and support to a team of 2-3 sales executives, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
€¢ Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as necessary to meet targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
€¢ Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requirements in a timely and satisfactory manner.
€¢ Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
€¢ Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness of our products and brand.
