Key Responsibilities
• Client Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the assigned area, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Installation of Vending Machines: Generating leads for new clients, conducting successful demos at their office premises, and ensuring the smooth installation of vending machines at client locations.
• Business Development: Identifying potential market opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and establishing new accounts, channels, distributors, and territories for vending machine installations. Meeting sales volume, revenue, and
profitability goals set by the company.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring overall functionality for each client and making improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Handling potential customers, understanding their requirements, and proactively exploring sales opportunities for new customer acquisition.
Sales Reporting: Preparing and maintaining regular management information system (MIS) and sales forecast reports to provide feedback to the top management and develop action plans for effective service delivery.
