Identifying and appointing good Distributors in the market with strong financial backup.
Evaluating Distributor capabilities
Assigning areas to distributors and their respective executives based on potential
Visiting Distributors and introducing the brand
Explaining Margins and minimum sales volume
Giving distributor targets for their areas
Booking First order and then ensuring repeated orders
Ensuring growth of sales across each areas
Motivating executives and supporting them
Collecting daily data from executives
Ensuring sales target achievements from executives and distributors
Ensuring payments collecting from distributors to the company
Maintaining good relations with distributors
Ensure proper market penetration of products
Desired Candidate Profile
More than 5 - 7 years experience in FMCG food products sales
Must speak local languages and English
Meetings will be conducted online daily/weekly through Zoom video calls or whatsapp calls
motivated for career growth
Should have experience in leading people
Creative and smart for making marketing strategies
Good leadership skills
Punctual and should get things done on time
Educational qualifications - atleast graduate
Very good communication skills
Should have already good relations with multiple distributors
