Lead the team effectively to meet the organization’s goal. The candidate should be able to identify potential towns. Should lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate shall be focused and need to have effective communication skills. Should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the cluster P&L
• Identify potential towns in the area
• Responsible for both business development and the operations in the designated area
• Ensure the sales targets are met for the assigned region and business
• Ensure the cost targets are met as per the capacity plan
• Manage existing partners/retailers and drive business metrics (sales, SLAs, cost, etc)
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7 - 10 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Good knowledge of the region
• Effective communication and people skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
