Job Overview

Whitemagic Fashions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager to oversee and manage the company's operations in the Ernakulam region. The Area Business Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the brand's presence and ensuring profitable growth within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives and ensure they meet their sales goals.

Provide guidance and support to the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and motivation.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to adapt the business strategy accordingly.

Provide feedback to the company on product performance and customer preferences.

Operational Efficiency:

Streamline and optimize business operations within the area to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising are in line with company standards.
