�Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running
campaigns
�Monitoring and ensuring 80% Login to issuance as per defined
process TAT

�Run and Manage R&R for team motivation
�Ensure Persistency and control surrender

�Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like
no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc.
