JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ABH is responsible for Training, hand holding the team and building relationship with the distributor/field ABH/RBH back office support. He/She will also be responsible for achieving the sales target & maintain quality service standards through their teams.
Campaign Management
Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running campaigns
Monitoring and ensuring 80% Login to issuance as per defined process & TAT
Ensure FTR
Ensure regular training
Best Practise Sharing
Run and Manage R&R for team motivation
Ensure Persistency & control surrender
Target Orientation
Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc.
Relationship Management, Sales target achievement & Process Adherence
Ensure Target Vs Achievement always
Ensure excellent rapport with the Branch Managers & LG to maximize productivity
Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with field BM/GH
Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation
Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT.
Quality -Sales Support
Ensure Quality standards in sales support process with efficient escalation mechanism
Dialer Software support, integration & enhancement
To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.
