Roles and Responsibilities
1. Execute on the approved sales plan and achieve results on a weekly/monthly basis
2. Explore new sales/marketing ideas to help achieve targets
3. Conduct outreach activities contacting various consumer communities (Residents' Associations, Schools, Companies, Clubs, etc.)
4. Pitch our campaign to them and get them to sign up with us
5. Conduct various lead generation activities (stalls, events, online events) as part of the campaign
6. Connect with the leads over phone/WhatsApp/in-person to convert them to our consumers by talking about our company and its products
7. Develop a good rapport with consumers to retain them, address their concerns and service their requirements
8. Work closely with the operations team to retain customers, prudent stock management, excellent customer service (including the last mile delivery)
9. Report to Head of Sales as per Company requirements and follow the sales plan diligently
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 2-5 years in sales with exposure to B2C and other functions
Preferred industry: FMCG, F&B, Telecom, Consumer loans
Skills required:
Direct Sales skills in addition to general management skills, proficient in MS office, digitally savvy, articulate in English and Malayalam, excellent communication (oral and written), good interpersonal skills, leadership skills, passion about team performance, eager to grow own career, committed to the achievement of targets, team player.
