Job Description

Detail the model to the required LOD (Level of detail) as per the contract with the necessary information gathered from the relevant sources.

4D, 5D modelling.

Material quantity take-off.

Proficiency and practical working knowledge of Autodesks Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) software required.

Preparation of detail drawings from the model for site Installation.

Strong communication skills.

Must have working knowledge of current BIM versions.

Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM skills.
