Candidates working with Liaisoning Architects are preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD.

An ideal candidate shall have an minimum experience of 3-5 years.

Candidate shall have thorough knowledge of DCPR 2034.

Candidate shall be able to prepare Municipal drawings, Reports and other necessary documents as per Municipal Approval requirements.

An ideal candidate shall have prior experience in dealing with the various Government Officials at Building Proposal level.

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product

Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards

Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process

Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Prepare Municipal Drawings, reports, various documents.

To liaise with various Approving Authorities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

3+ years of experience in architecture

Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

Proficient in AutoCAD.

8.) Coordinating with Client for timely submission for approval.

9.) Conducting Site Visits.

10.) Conducting Site Survey.

11.) Preparing Fire-Fighting Layouts.

12.) Meetings with Government Officials of different.
