Reviewing & Designing Architectural, Engineering & Interior Plans

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with Government and Safety Regulations(NBC)

• Researching and Maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods and materials.

• Monitoring work of other Junior Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

• Providing guidance to subcontractors like Builders, Plumbers and Electricians and helping them interpret design specifications.

• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets

• Acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

• Networking and connecting with various industry professionals

• Make Working Drawings, Electrical Drawings, Plumbing Drawings, Submission Drawings, 3D Drawings, BOQ & Presentations.

• Filing of Drawings as per office and client requirement

• Site Visits

• Direct and Indirect interactions with clients and other concern persons
