Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design:

- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions that meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

2. Project Management:

- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Provide leadership in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

3. Client Interaction:

- Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

4. Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

- Provide technical expertise and support to junior team members.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the highest standards of architectural design and construction are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
