Architect Duties and Responsibilities and Qualifications

• meet with Clients to Determine Objectives and Requirements for Structures

• monitor Projects from Beginning to End

• estimate the Amount of Required Materials, Equipment, and Construction Time

• Serve as An Advisor and Give Ideas to Clients

• perform Regular Site Visits to Ensure Project Success

• arrange Project Specifications and Seek New Work By Marketing and Giving Presentations

• keep Budgets in Check

• visit Worksites to Ensure that Construction Adheres to Architectural Plans & Ensure that all the Work is Carried in Accordance with Specific Standards

• stay Up to Date with Latest Trends and Best Practices

• must have 2 Wheeler and Smart Phone

• candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills and Highly Presentable
