Post:- Project Manager
Educational Qualification: Mechanical Engineer or Architect
Experience: Minimum 5-6 year experience in handling Projects
Key Responsibility.
● To assist the Sales Manager in the project meeting requirements and negotiation.
● To coordinate with the Headquarters the acquisition of new orders, leading an online meeting
to transfer the overall information collected from the client (assisted by the Sales Manager) to
the Technical Department Manager.
● To coordinate the entire project development status leading online and physical meetings:
- Project timeline schedules
- Site updates, client construction phases
- Project readiness date to start the furniture fitout
- Project design lead - updates - timeline
- Furniture readiness date (ex works) and delivery timeline
- Fitout timeline (beginning - end)
- Store delivery and handover
● Travel aboard to visit the client and the site engineers for project follow-ups, site visits, site
survey, site analysis for design purpose.
● To coordinate with customers located in the Middle East on Design matters of modular standard
furniture as well as customized furniture.
● Authorize changes as demanded by the customer, adhere to the timeline and do not go
overboard, beyond tolerance levels set by the customer. Propose changes to scope, checking for
possible effects on the Business profitability.
● Ensure Risks and Issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.
● Liaise with Management on progress.
● Organize and hold meetings on the Project whenever needed.
● Raise a red flag in case of a challenge or blockage or continuance of a Project.
● Motivate team to achieve time bound execution of Projects.
● Supervise Design schedule of the company to ensure there are no delays.
● Weekly MS Project or excel report to be shared .
● Maintaining budget Spreadsheet. Regularly interact with heads of departments to ensure
spreadsheets are up to date each month and at year end.
