Key Responsibilities:

Design and Conceptualization:

Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to create miniature models.

Develop scaled-down versions of designs while maintaining accuracy and aesthetic appeal.

Technical Expertise:

Create detailed design drawings and specifications suitable for cutting files (laser cutting, CNC, etc.).

Work with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max for preparing precise layouts.

Material and Process Coordination:

Collaborate with procurement and production teams to select appropriate materials (acrylic, wood, foam, etc.).

Ensure proper assembly techniques and adherence to design specifications.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

Coordinate with internal teams, including model makers and production staff, for seamless execution.

Project Management:

Plan and manage project timelines to meet delivery schedules.

Monitor the quality of model outputs and suggest improvements where needed.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated on advancements in model-making techniques, tools, and materials.

Incorporate innovative ideas to improve model accuracy and presentation.

Team Support:

Provide guidance to junior designers and model-making staff.

Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
