2) Were you fascinated with creative work, and got annoyed when you had to take a break for a meal?

3) When you walk into a hotel - do you start checking fixtures, furniture and look at the ceiling before spotting anything else?

This is an architectural drafting, design and detailing position for award winning custom-built residential houses.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should:

At least 5 years experience in the residential architecture projects

1) Develop creative concepts, sketches and drawings.

2) Design and develop full construction drawings that include site plans, floor plans, elevations, typical sections, electrical plans and working drawings

3) Interact with clients in a collaborative manner to help bring their visions to life

4) Assist construction managers with technical details during the build phase

5) Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
