JTCONSTRUCTIONS

Preparation of Architectural and Engineering DPR which includes design calculations, detailed drawings and 3D visualisation. The candidate will manage the design studio and delegate the work efficiently and get things done from our junior staffs. The candidate should take full responsibility for the correctness of the deliverables dispatched from the studio to clients/site. The candidate should be very strict in following deadlines.

-Good planning and designing skills(CAD & 3D).

-Adept project report preparation skills and Good narrative skills.

Education:

Work Experience: 5 years

Experience:

Highrise Building Design: 5 years (Preferred)

Architectural GFC drawing: 5 years (Required)
