This position provides the opportunity to work from design phase to execution of Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Restoration projects. Architects interested in corrective/ sustainable building practices are preferred.

*Key Responsibilities& Duties*

Working on the design development of projects. Study the location given and specific needs and work on a suitable design drawings along with the local engineers in charge of the area.

Development of 2D and 3D drawings throughout all phases of the project. From design phase to execution phase.

When any design is accepted, providing all the detailed information to engineers for the estimate development. Revise estimates when required to make sure that design and estimate are matching.

*Your Profile*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

2. 1 to 2 years of experience (Fresher's can apply)

3. Written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Tools and Technology

-- AutoCAD 2D, as well as any 3D development & Rendering software. -- Control of MS Office and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ..)

5. Management:

-- Able to work as a team with construction professionals.

-- Good in coordinating with local builders or vendors.

-- Ability to multitask and monitor projects on a daily basis.

-- Being proactive and willing to take initiative.
