1. Architect. (Design Team) 2-5 years exp

The responsibility and role of the Architect shall be as follows.

i. Understand the design project and develop design options. Should be able to formulate the design and present for discussion.

ii. Prepare and develop required drawings, model, images as necessary to convey the design intent.

iii. Liase with external consultants of the project as required and incorporate the same to arrive to an integrated design.

Desirable Software Skills: Ability to use some of the following.

a. Autodesk REVIT

b. Sketch Up

c. Auto Cad

d. Photoshop

e. Illustrator

f. InDesign

g. Word

h. Excel

i. Powerpoint

j. Outlook.
