Job Description

Develop conceptual designs and detailed construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software

Work closely with other designers and architects to complete project on time and ensure quality work.

Research on new architectural designs if needed

Design 3D for custom houses using Sketchup, 3D max, Lumin, etc.

Analyze building codes, zoning regulations, and site conditions to ensure that designs comply with all requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
