Job Description

�� Develop and present architectural and interior designs based on client requirements, budget, and timelines

�� Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process

�� Produce detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, and 3D models using CAD and other design software

�� Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

�� Select and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to execute the design plans

�� Oversee the implementation of the design, including site visits and inspections

�� Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget

�� Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices
