Responsibilities:

Assist in Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop architectural designs from concept to completion. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges.

Drafting and Rendering: Utilize CAD software to produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, and 3D renderings. Ensure that all designs meet quality and regulatory standards.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques. Analyze site conditions and local building codes to inform design decisions.

Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Documentation and Presentation: Prepare presentation materials, including drawings, diagrams, and presentations, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of design excellence.
