3d layout scheme to be shown with basic estimate of project & elevation presentationbe done for plans & schematic 3d for elevation

Finalise layouts & 3d elevation - SIGN OFF FROM CLIENT

Creating 3d views for all areas in discussion with team leader/ design head

Create base design drawings & some design parts to be completely detailed (to be detailed by drawing team)

Check design marking at site

Site visits to approve design part at site

Material selection visits with client & APPROVAL
