Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect with 3-7 years of experience specializing in resorts and villas, with a strong focus on ecological and sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering projects that integrate environmental considerations, sustainable materials, and energy-efficient design principles.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with companies' requirements and project teams to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.

Develop conceptual designs and presentations that align with the company's vision while incorporating ecological and sustainable principles.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software (., AutoCAD, Revit).

Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information for design development.

Research and recommend sustainable building materials, technologies, and systems.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards related to ecological and sustainable design.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design, estimation, contracting and construction phases.

Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure adherence to design intent and sustainability goals.

Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaborative relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

3-4 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on resorts and villas.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with ecological and sustainable design practices.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and other design tools(MS Office, Adobe Suite, etc.)

Knowledge of sustainable building certifications (., LEED, BREEAM) is advantageous.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
