RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare schematic drawings based on the project brief.

2. Check and guide draftsmen in preparing architectural GFC drawings for Architectural and Interior design projects.

3. Create architectural details drawings & sketches.

4. Visit construction sites as needed.

5. Analyse building specifications & codes to create architectural design.

6. Understand & coordinate with consultant drawings and documents.

7. Handle projects independently, as well as in teamwork.

8. Co-ordinate with consultants, site work, clients and senior architects.

9. Should be able to coordinate the preparation of quantity / estimation for both civil and interior works

KEY SKILLS

1. Proficient in AUTOCAD is must.

2. Experience in using Revit, 3D Max, sketch up, Photoshop & Coral draw etc. will be an added advantage.
