🚨 Urgent Hiring: Senior Architect / Head Architect – Pune 🚨

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect / Head Architect with a passion for design and construction! If you have 6+ years of experience and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is your chance to lead innovative projects for a top builder and construction company in Pune!

Your Role:

🔹 Project Coordination & Design: Oversee project coordination, interior design, material selection, and cost estimation.

🔹 Architectural Excellence: Lead the planning and design of both residential and commercial projects in collaboration with architects and consultants.

🔹 Legal & Sales Support: Work hand-in-hand with legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

🔹 Consultant Coordination: Select the right consulting architects, and liaise with Liaisoning Architects/Engineers for approvals from PMC/PCMC/PMRDA.

🔹 Site Supervision: Oversee site progress, interior project execution, and coordinate with various consultants (RCC, MEP, Landscape, Environmental) to ensure flawless delivery.

🔹 RERA Knowledge: Ensure all project documentation is RERA-compliant and up-to-date.

What We Need:

✅ 6+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and project coordination (preferably in construction or real estate).

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and other design tools.

✅ Strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills.

✅ An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
