Answering Healthcare Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information and assistance.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and coverage for medical services.
Patient Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers, especially during stressful or sensitive situations.
Complaint Resolution: Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their healthcare experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Healthcare-related certification or degree is a plus.
Ready to work at night shift.
Prior experience in healthcare call centres, patient services ,or USA based firm, or a related field will be preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes will be preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanour.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
