Job Description:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills

2. Experienced candidates with yrs – Yrs of experience in US Healthcare RCM.

3. Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers

4. Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them

5. Follow up on the claims for collection of payment

6. Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables

7. Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment

8. Must be spontaneous and have high energy level

9. Should be flexible to work in night shifts

*Shift timings - US shift

*Cab provided (both pick up and drop)

* 5 days work (Weekends OFF)

* Job location (Chennai )
