Responsibilities:
Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
Identify, document, and report machining defects.
Collaborate with production teams to fix defects and improve product quality.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Participate in the development of test plans and test cases.
Perform usability testing and gather feedback from users.
Maintain test environments and test data.
Stay updated with the latest QA tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a QA role within machining.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and quality assurance principles.
Proficiency in writing and executing automated tests using tools like CAD/CAM software.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
