Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Application Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Provide first-level technical support for software applications, addressing user queries and resolving issues promptly.

2- Monitor application performance and identify potential issues before they affect users.

3- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, escalating complex issues to the development team when necessary.

4- Assist in the deployment of software updates and new applications.

5- Conduct regular system maintenance and ensure all applications are up-to-date.

6- Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.

7- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and streamline support processes.

8- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of applications.

9- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a technical support or application support role.

• Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in SQL, databases, and relevant technologies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
