Job Description

·          Working as Support team for clients issues

·         Providing the guidelines for the technical issues to be solved

·         Reporting bugs to the L2 team in case of high end risk

·         Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

·         Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly

·         Build and maintain a knowledge base for known issues

·         Refer to knowledge base to verify if reported problems are already known with the defined resolution plan.



·         Impact analysis with accurate classification of reported issues to ensure appropriate prioratization
