Job Description

👉 Experience Required- 2 - 4 years only

👉 Location- Jogeshwari, Mumbai(On-site)

👉 Looking for immediate to 15 days of joining period

Preferable Male candidates from Mumbai or nearby locations only

👉 Job Responsibilities

1. Provide L2 support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

2. Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests raised by users or escalated from L1 support.

3. Write and optimize complex SQL/ PLSQL queries for issue resolution, reporting, and performance tuning.

4. Automate repetitive support tasks and contribute to system optimization initiatives.

5. Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

6. Monitor application health using various tools and respond to alerts proactively.

7. Maintain detailed documentation on support procedures, issue resolutions, and known issues.

8. Participate in deployment support, patch management, and environment maintenance.

9. Work on service improvement plans to enhance stability, availability, and efficiency of supported systems.

👉 Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data investigation, debugging, and performance tuning.

2. Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting is a plus.

3. Experience with system automation and optimization techniques/tools.

4. Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes (ITIL is a plus).

5. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

👉 Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to financial/ banking domain or working with financial applications.

2. Experience with monitoring tools (., Nagios, Splunk, AppDynamics).

3. Familiarity with ticketing tools like JIRA, Service, or Remedy.

4. Basic understanding of APIs and web services.
