Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application have Skills: Salesforce Service Cloud

Job Requirements:

Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX

Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement

Able troubleshoot with debugging skills

Perform Impact analysis

Must perform configuration and customization

Must have Telephony Integration, Account and Contact Mgt

Technical Experience:

Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model

Must have Salesforce Service Cloud Technical/Functional Skills

Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Consoles, Live Agent Knowledge, workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports and dashboards

Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class, Case Management

Professional Attributes: Must have Good Communication to interact with client

Educational Qualification: Regular 15-year full time education

Additional Info: Flexible for working in shifts 2 Any relevant certification is a plus
