Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must have Skills : Salesforce Development

Good to Have Skills : Salesforce Lightning Aura Components

Job Requirements :

• Lead a team of 4-5 developers

• Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements

• Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality

• Conduct peer review, guide team members

• Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget

Technical Experience :

• Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, SFDC Integration

• Salesforce Integration, Sales-Service Cloud

• Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 2 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology

• Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation

• Troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools

Professional Attributes :

• Good communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comfortable in discussing technical issues with customer

• Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore

Educational Qualification :

• BE in addition to regular 15 year full time education
