Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure CRM software and mobile applications.

Test and deploy application modules.

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.

Prepare and submit user and admin manuals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Ensure applications meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.

Perform regular updates and maintenance of software systems.

Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed.

Provide training and guidance to end-users for smooth adoption.

Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference.

Ensure security compliance and data protection within applications.

Monitor and resolve performance issues post-deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: /. (CS/IT/ECE) or BCA/MCA/MSc-IT.

Experience:

o 7+ years in the IT/power sector.

o 5+ years in CRM, MIS, and IT application development.
