🔹 Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance the ConnexGrow mobile application (Android/iOS).

- Implement new features and optimize app performance.

- Ensure a smooth and engaging user experience (UI/UX).

- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues for seamless functionality.

- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align app features with business goals.

- Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends and best practices.

🔹 Requirements

✅ Proficiency in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or other frameworks).

✅ Experience with backend integration (APIs, Firebase, , or similar).

✅ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

✅ Ability to debug, test, and optimize app performance.

✅ Self-motivated, problem solver, and ability to work independently.

✅ Passionate about startups & willing to work on an equity basis.
