Must Have Skills / Primary Skills *

• Proficient with Apigee API Management Platform, Apigee X on Google Cloud

• Proficient in Development of API Proxy on Apigee Edge and Apigee X

• Proficient in Open API specification

• Proficient in Apigee Developer Portal implementation and management

• Understanding of implementing API security using OAuth , JWT, Open ID connect, Encryption/decryption

• Understanding of Management APIs ;§ APIs and Microservices are in the cloud. • Understanding of communication to cloud based enterprise systems via Azure Microservice backend will advantage

• Proficient in JavaScript and Java based development in Apigee API Proxy

• Understanding of API Products , API keys rotation and Consumer Apps

• Understanding of GCP services - GCP projects, GCP IAM configurations, GCP APIs, Cloud Console

• Understanding of Agile development and DevOps

Should have Skills / Secondary Skills (good to have)

• Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins for Apigee API deployment.

• Knowledge of , Python

• Knowledge of Apigee Platform Installation and setup

• Knowledge of Apigee Hybrid

• Understanding of any Ticketing tool like ServiceNow

JOB Description (please mention in details) *

• Perform Apigee API Proxy development, Implement common security framework using PoP (Proof of possession) method for Apigee APIs

• Perform API Publishing and development of Apigee Developer Portal

• Work with testing and others teams to support Integration, performance and security testing

• Work along with DevOps team to promote changes to higher environment

• Support APIs for ongoing maintenance in Production environment

• Perform Java API design and development

• Implement APIs and microservices for extraction of data from Big Query and other data sources

• Create API Documentation using Open API Specification
