Responsibilities:

Storyboarding:

Collaborate with directors and storyboard artists to conceptualize and plan animation sequences.

Create storyboards that outline key scenes and transitions.

Animation Production:

Develop character designs and animations in line with project requirements.

Utilize animation software (., Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, or similar tools) to produce high-quality animations.

Rig characters for movement and create fluid, lifelike animations.

Collaboration with Team:

Work closely with other animators, artists, and designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style.

Attend team meetings to discuss project progress, provide feedback, and address challenges.

Timing and Pacing:

Pay attention to timing, pacing, and rhythm to ensure animations match the intended mood and narrative.

Edit and refine animations to achieve the desired impact.

Quality Control:

Conduct quality checks on animations to ensure they meet project standards and specifications.

Address feedback from directors, producers, or clients to make necessary adjustments.

Technical Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation software and hardware.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in animation technology and techniques.

Project Management:

Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Provide accurate time estimates for animation tasks.

Adaptability:

Adapt animation styles to suit the requirements of different projects.

Embrace feedback and make revisions as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in animation software and tools.

Strong artistic and creative abilities.

Understanding of storytelling and character development.
