We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.

This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Work with outside data sources and APIs

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Envision how people experience products and bring that UX vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and with fluid flow.

Tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for billions of customers around the world (novice to expert)

Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers throughout the design process - from creating research protocols, personas, scenarios, information architecture, and wireframes to building UI prototypes

At each stage, must anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

Min of 2 years of experience in android app development

You will use your expertise in application development to evaluate and select development methods, processes, standard methodologies, and tools

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proven knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, Kotlin, and different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
