Treya Partners is a boutique management consulting firm that provides strategic sourcing and spend management advisory services to private equity, mid-market, and state government markets. Treya is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, talented individuals who are attracted to a fast-paced entrepreneurial professional services environment. Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing complex analytical cost/pricing/financial models including gathering and cleansing large spend/financial datasets

• Conducting industry and market research for best practice benchmarking

• Conducting client and vendor interviews

• Developing and presenting analysis, research findings, and recommendations to clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with mid- and senior-level clients and supplier partners

• Facilitating continued growth of firm’s Leveraged Contracts business unit; responsibilities at times may include engaging in strategic discussions with vendor partners, conducting pricing and key terms benchmarking, and tracking and facilitating client/vendor partner communications/status

• Supporting firm leadership to build and sustain strong company culture and team morale as well as participating in overall firm-building efforts

Analysts work closely with Junior and Senior-level Consultants, Managers, and Partners in a team setting.

Skills and Qualifications. Candidates must possess exceptional quantitative and analytical skills to be considered for this position.
